ACP cladding
The ventilated facades represent an advantage because they are made of light materials and by this way they do not burden the structure of the building. These facades allow for easy montage of the thermal insulation and maximum freedom in choosing the perfect shapes, colors and textures. The aluminum panels and cassettes  for vertical paneling of the facades are used for various buildings:  public buildings, houses, banks, universities. They are easy to install no matter the weather conditions and it are completed in a short period of time.

The usage of aluminum is sustained by the followings arguments:
  • The thickness of the aluminum sheet can be between 0,8 to 3 mm, depends on the project
  • The aluminum board is situated in the C1 fire class, being recommended for airports, tunnels, subway stations.
  • Aluminum is a 100% recyclable material.
Depending on the desired application, it can be finished with protection layers based on polyester, polyamide, PVDF or covering in electrostatic field. The wide range of available colors offer luminosity and resistance and through varnishing, they become highly durable in extreme weather conditions.

The composite aluminum panels have an excellent rigidity due to the weight-surface unit proportion, which allows the montage of the material in large panels. The sandwich effect ensures  the dampening of the vibrations and the maintenance of a plain surface no matter the weather conditions. These panels available in dimensions of 4000 x 15oo mm at the moment, but for a list of all possible sizes, please contact us.  The composite material usually consists of two external layers of aluminium of 0,5 mm and a core made of high-density polyethylene.
The thickness of the whole composite ensemble can be of 3, 4 or 6 mm. A major advantage of these panels is the easiness of its processing. The material can be cut, milled, folded or curved, so it reaches the the perfect shape of the façade elements.
